Policies

I only accept payment via PayPal at this time. If I do not receive payment after seven days, I will cancel the order and re-list the item(s). Orders cannot be shipped until payment is received.

Shipping

I will ship as soon as I receive payment. I am only willing to ship to the USA at this time, using either Priority Mail or First Class Mail, whichever is the least expensive.

After I ship an order, I will provide the customer with the exact shipping date. Tracking number will also be provided when using Priority Mail.

If a customer needs a faster option for shipping, I am willing to work something out. Just message me.

Refunds and Exchanges

I place high priority on how I create, package and mail my pieces. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please convo me and we’ll try to work something out.
